We do not offer unsolicited information and / or services and we will not provide your personal data to any other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

We use software to track traffic patterns and website usage. With this we can further develop the design and layout of the website. With this software we cannot collect data to identify a specific person. ​If so-called profiles are kept, they will only be used to better adapt the website or app to your needs and if we do so, it will be communicated in advance.

Your rights and choices regarding personal information

Subject to certain limitations, and based on your residency, you may be entitled to the following rights:

You have the right to notify us through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this Privacy Policy to correct any mistakes in your Personal Information or update your preferences; we may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect; data solely retained for data backup purposes is generally excluded.

·         Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (but note, as per the above, we do not sell your Personal Information to or share your Personal Information with third parties for cross contextual advertising, nor do we intend to, as those terms are defined in the CPRA. We also have not done so for the last 12 months).
