Knock-Off Copies of Taprite-Fassco BIB Racks

Taprite wishes to inform you of a genuine concern, out in the marketplace today, with respect to our BIB Racks. We have already seen no less than 2 competitive-brand, BIB racks which are built to identically match the original, Taprite-Fassco BIB Racks.

These Knock-Off BIB Racks being sold in the marketplace are of inferior quality to the Taprite BIB Rack you are accustomed to receiving. Some of these racks are manufactured in China (primarily), but they also are made domestically. They are built to be fundamentally and visually identical to the Taprite BIB Rack. These knock-off racks are reported to have broken welds, rusting, and misalignment with mating racks.

Taprite doesn’t want the bottlers to be fooled. If you are ordering and paying for a Taprite BIB Rack, make sure you are getting the real thing. All of a sudden, if someone is offering you a lower price for a “Taprite” BIB Rack, you better make sure you are really receiving a Taprite BIB Rack. Then, simultaneously, we’ve heard reports from bottlers that the “Taprite” racks they have received lately are no longer the same quality they have come to expect. These 2 facts together signal a major red flag.

The Taprite-Fassco BIB Racks have our identification label (noted below) on the FRONT of every rack. The label will have either the NSF or ETL seal of certification on it. This goes for all of our racks – whether they are our standard pump panel rack or our new glide pump panel rack. If the label is gone or removed, the rack is no longer certified. If you order a Taprite BIB Rack, but receive one that doesn't have our label or it has another manufacturer's label, it is a knock-off and not a top-quality Taprite-Fassco BIB Rack, manufactured in the USA. Make sure the Taprite labels are there. We don’t want you to settle for anything less than a top-quality product.
